Legen Sie sich vorab, wenn n\u00f6tig auch schriftlich, einen kleinen Telefonleitfaden f\u00fcr das zu f\u00fchrende Telefonat bereit. Gibt es wichtige Unterlagen, die Sie vor dem Telefonat<\/a> bereits bereitlegen k\u00f6nnen? Welche individuellen Anforderungen hat der Verhandlungspartner? Welche Argumente  k\u00f6nnen Sie f\u00fcr Ihre Verhandlung nutzen? Welche Fragen k\u00f6nnten aufkommen?

W\u00e4hlen Sie die Nummer und l\u00e4cheln Sie. So verr\u00fcckt es klingen mag, der Angerufene kann ihr L\u00e4cheln h\u00f6ren und wird entspannter auf Ihren Anruf reagieren.<\/p>\n

Die Reaktionszeit<\/h2>\n

Kennen Sie das auch? Sie erhalten einen Anruf und der Anrufer spricht so schnell, dass Sie im ersten Moment gar nicht wissen wer am anderen Ende der Leitung ist?
\nGeben Sie Ihrem Verandlungspartner in den ersten Sekunden Ihres Anrufes eine Reaktionszeit. Sprechen Sie den Firmenname und Ihren Name langsam und deutlich aus. Nehmen Sie Bezug auf die letzte Mail, das letzte Gespr\u00e4ch etc. So geben Sie ihm die M\u00f6glichkeit besser in das Gespr\u00e4ch einzusteigen.<\/p>\n
